Summary

A rectilinear ditched enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the southwest of Haywards Cottage, Bere Regis, it is associated with a double ditched trackway and fragments of a ditched field system. The features are considered likely to be Iron Age or Roman in date, they were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.

A rectilinear ditched enclosure is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the southwest of Haywards Cottage, Bere Regis; it is 46m by 23m across and associated with a double ditched trackway and fragments of a ditched field system. The features are considered likely to be Iron Age or Roman in date, they were digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project (1-2)
