Summary

The southern half of a sub-oval ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. It is likely to either be the site of a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow or a prehistoric round house. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.

Full Description

The southern half of a sub-oval ring ditch 13m across is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. It is likely to either be the site of a plough-levelled Bronze Age round barrow or a prehistoric round house. The site was digitally recorded during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM Project.
