Full Description
Banked curvilinear features to the south of Cosmore, Buckland Newton, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1]. The features comprise some longer curvilinear banks and shorter sections of irregular bank, with no clear coherent pattern. They are considered likely to be fragments of field boundaries of potentially later prehistoric origin. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
