Full Description
Banked curvilinear features within the ornamental gardens of Minterne House, Minterne Magna, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1, 2]. The features are considered to be medieval lynchets. Some of the features are visible beyond the tree line on a 1947 aerial photograph [3]. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.
