A series of sub circular hollow features extending along the summit of Giant Hill, Minterne Magna, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery. The features are considered to be post medieval chalk pits and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Upper Cerne and Piddle AIM project.

A series of sub circular hollow features extending along the summit of Giant Hill, Minterne Magna, are visible as earthworks on Environment Agency lidar imagery [1].
