Summary

A small group of military huts and associated infrastructure can be seen in the south east corner of the field immediately west of Harry's Coppice on Royal Air Force vertical aerial photographs dated January 1947. They presumably represent a dispersal from the former RAF Tarrant Rushton to the west.

The huts and other above-ground military infrastructure have been removed from the site, which has reverted to agricultural use.
