Full Description
Four small features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs on High Bullen. They lie in a north-south arc and range in size from 4-8m across. They appear to have central hollows and have the appearance of extractive pits with associated rings of spoil. The features have previously been identified as Bronze Age barrows and have been scheduled as such (List Entry Number 1018872). The features have been digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. The features are just visible under scrub on recent Google Earth imagery.
