A Second World War military structure is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1947 within the area of the First and Second World War Bovington Tank Training Site, on Wool Heath. The structure is 4.5 m square. It is of uncertain function, but probably associated with the military training site. (1) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
