An area of possible partial trackways or ordnance marks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s and 1970s within the area of the First and Second World War Bovington Tank Training Site, on Tonerspuddle Heath, Affpuddle. The features comprise several short lengths of ditch, oriented north west-south east. The earthworks are visible over an area measuring approximately 103 m by 109 m. (1-3) These features were digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
