Full Description

A series of intercutting medieval rubbish and cess pits was found during excavations by Poole Museum behind the High Street frontage on the Old Orchard Car Park site in 1975. These were associated with a small number of postholes. One of these postholes contained south-western French pottery of 14th century date. (1)
