Summary

House built in the late 17th or early 18th century. In retains an original fireplace with moulded and eared architrave, a staircase with turned balusters and a large brick chimney stack. Demolished before 1970.

Full Description

Rescue excavations on the Old Orchard Car Park did not produce any evidence for this building. It was considered by the excavators that demolition had removed all structural evidence. (2)
