Full Description
A lynchet is marked on the OS 1:10,000 scale mapping. It is one of a series of field boundaries marked on the 1st edition map which may be of medieval or post medieval origin. The lynchet was mapped along with other boundaries not marked on the 1st edition map during the Marshwood Vale NMP project. It is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and aerial photographs. <1-2>
