Full Description
Two blocks of strip lynchets are shown on the OS map on the East and South sides of Eldon Hill. <2>
Two lynchets are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery on the south-west facing slope of Eldon Hill <3>. They run NW-SE for 240m and possibly form part of a wider system of medieval lynchets are were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project.
