Summary
Mid eighteenth century gate pier and dwarf boundary wall with railings, including a commemorative plaque of 1851 which reads; THIS INSCRIPTION IS INSERTED TO COMMEMORATE THE DISINTERESTED CONDUCT OF JOHN CREE ESQUIRE A MAGISTRATE FOR THIS COUNTY BY WHOSE UNTIRING EXERTIONS AIDED BY A SUBSCRIPTION THIS DANGEROUS APPROACH TO WEYMOUTH WAS WIDENED TEN FEET MAY 1ST 1851.
