Full Description

On north side of High Street, Fortuneswell, remains of boundary wall and well head or cistern. Probably C18. A small square construction in rough squared Portland block, c2m x 1.7m x 1.5m high, with stone slab top; stone block wall behind is the remains of the water source before piped water in 1900. Listed Building DDO14186.
