During the removal of three lime trees at The Courts, south of the Medlicott building, Sherborne School, a fireplace and stone walls were reported (1).

No further information is available, although the building is likely to be medieval or post-medieval in date, and possibly associated with the Abbey or the School. If connected with the Abbey it might represent part of the Infirmary.
