Full Description
The remains of a possible series of strip lynchets were identified from aerial photo evidenc by the Ordnance Survey in 1954 (1) (2). The remains were described as "the vague suggestion of parallel strip lynchets … bounded by a field bank, under grass and almost ploughed out " (1).
These possible strip lynchets are no longer visible as earthworks (3).
