Summary

A water mill thought possibly to have been built in the seventeenth century but largely rebuilt in the nineteenth century. The mill was last worked in 1956 and converted to use as a dwelling. A water wheel remains at one end of the building, which has walls partly of brick and partly of flint, and a tiled roof with brick chimney stacks.
