Full Description
A bowl barrow. <3>
A grass-covered bowl barrow with no visible ditch, situated on an east facing slope. <4>
This barrow has been totally destroyed; under cultivation when visited but no soil mark visible on the ground. <5>
The feature is visible as a low earthwork on current Environment Agency lidar imagery and was digitally plotted during the Upper Cerne and Piddle Valleys AIM project. <8>

‘(9) MOUND, probably a barrow, on Farm Hill, 1,070 yards S. of the church, is 51 ft. in diam. and 1½ ft. high. It has been disturbed in the middle.’
