(Centred ST 488000) Strip lynchets plotted from air photographs. <1> <2>
There are also lynchets on the north slopes of Gold Hill. <3>
Lynchets centred in three areas, and visible on air photograph … 'A' (ST 492000). Long contour following grass-covered strip lynchets, well pronounced and approximately parallel. <4>
A series of parallel lynchets are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs on the slopes of Gold Hill. <1> <6>. They are considered to be of medieval origin and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
