Summary

A villa built in the early to mid-nineteenth century. A building is shown on this site on a ‘Plan of Lyme Regis and Environs, 1841’. It is situated on sloping ground, with an entrance front of one storey and a basement. A notable feature of the interior are plaster ceilings executed by Italian craftsmen to the design of architect Arnold Mitchell.
