Description

A ditch containing material interpreted as a probable dump of domestic hearth material. A single worked flint of prehistoric date and palaeoenvironmental material suggested a later prehistoric or Roman date. The ditch is probably associated with a known Iron Age/Romano-British enclosed settlement to the immediate north west.
