Description
Observations and recording by Terrain Archaeology during the digging by hand of a small trench 1.1m by 0.8m. The trench was dug and concreted without archaeological observation, and it was possible to record only the top 0.25m. This consisted of topsoil over a brown soil layer. The eastern part of the trench was disturbed by an electricity cable.
