Farmhouse C17. Whitewashed rubble walls with half-hipped thatched roof
Brick dressings. L-plan. Symmetrical south front. One and a half storeys
2 window range. Mainly 2 and 3 light casements with leaded lights. Central
rustic porch. Rear wing has large projecting chimneybreast with stepped
and weathered offsets. Later outshuts to the rear. (RCHM, Dorset, vol. IV,
