11/167 The Muntings, (formerly listed as 11.7.51 Everetts) including first boundary wall.

Detached house. Late C16 - early C17. Rubble stone walls, thatched roof with coped gables, brick end stacks. One storey and attic. 3-room and cross-passage plan. Ledged door. On ground floor: left of door, one casement with horizontal centre glazing bar, and one casement with glazing bars in reduced opening. Right of door, a 4-light timber mullioned window with lead lights. Internally, right ground floor room has deep chamfered intersecting ceiling beams, and lintel of large fireplace - built up. Between this room and the cross-passage a heavy plank and muntin partition with depressed straight-sided arched doorway. At rear of cross-passage, original rear door frame of similar form. Attached rear wing at right end, later C17-C18, has rubble stone walls and double Roman tile roof. Low front boundary wall of rubble stone. (RCHM Monument 11. Dorset. Vol. I.
