Abstract/Summary
An archaeological watching brief was carried during works to build a laundry shed within HM Young Offenders Institution, Portland, Dorset. Three lengths of footing trench, totalling 11m were examined. All of the trenches were cut into made ground and no archaeological deposits or features were encountered.
