Abstract/Summary
Development work on a proposed Hospice on the outskirts of Dorchester has been preceded by an archaeological assessment, in September 1991.
A small area of approximately 100m (sic) was examined by fieldwalking and test-pits. A few flint flakes and a small amount of BA and Roman pottery were recovered but the bulk of the finds were post-medieval and modern.
