Abstract/Summary
Terrain Archaeology undertook a watching brief during the construction of a small extension to Physiques and Shapes Health Club, The Grove, Dorchester at NGR SY68879083, in November 2003. Most of the site was disturbed by modern services, but the possible edge of the outer ditch of the Roman town defences was exposed in one very small area.
