Abstract/Summary
'Monitoring revealed that elements of the Roman defensive circuit survive even in areas impacted by previous services. Rampart deposits, sections of wall and a ditch were all observed in several locations. Dating evidence however was meagre and no more closely resolved than broadly middle to late Roman.'
