Abstract/Summary
A double sided A4 brochure detailing a short history of the village of Langton Herring including its place in Saxon England and an illistration of the Langton Cross. Also included is a history and description of the church currently present at the site, St. Peter's. A note is made of a potential previous church in that area but the list of Rectors (mentioned but not included) only dates back to 1299 and earlier documents describe a church of some sort before this time.
