SDO16968 - 15-15A West Borough, Wimborne, Dorset. Archaeological Watching Brief

BUARC, Bournemouth Universities Archaeological Consultancy was commissioned by Lester Brunt Partnership LLP to carry out an Archaeological Watching Brief under planning application 3/14/0178/FUL for a programme of works comprising an office building and a single storey rear extension on land at 15-15A West Borough, Wimborne, Dorset. Monitoring of a small foundation trench took place on the 27-07-2014 with only post-medieval layers observed. The natural, identified where possible, revealed no earlier archaeological features; however any possible features may have been truncated away by modern disturbance.
