Abstract/Summary
Excavation of a single trench c.780m sq in area, ahead of proposed residential development on land adjacent to the former Penny's Farm revealed sporadic peripheral activity close to the river from the Neolithic and Bronze Age to medieval period. Project funded by Downton Village Homes.
