Abstract/Summary

Report on observations and recording by Terrain Archaeology during the digging of trenches for a new sewer in July 2013. Several archaeological features were recorded, including a possible Late Iron Age field boundary ditch thought likely to be part of a field system recorded nearby during work on the the Dorchester By-pass. Roman features included a small pit, a ditch, and a burial. A possible second grave was recorded.
