Abstract/Summary
Observations and recording during ground reduction of the track to Bottle Knap Cottage to ameliorate damp problems within the cottage. No evidence of medieval layers was seen, earlier surfaces probably having been eroded away. No trace was observed of a possible earlier building seen in 2016.
