Abstract/Summary
Observations and recording during the formation of a new trackway by-passing an existing track to be closed for emergency sewage pipe repairs by Wessex Water. The new track was stripped by machine to a depth of 250-350mm and at its north-west end was close to a scheduled monument, the Hundred Barrow. No archaeological features were observed and no pre-19th century finds were noted.
