Abstract/Summary
An archaeological field evaluation was carried out in accordance with a specification approved by the Dorset County Archaeological Officer. The study involved the recording of five mechanically-excavated trenches. No archaeological finds were revealed. Three parallel subsoil features in Trench 1 are considered to be modern and derive from agricultural activity. There is considered to be a low potential for archaeological deposits within the development area.
