Abstract/Summary
Report on an archaeological evaluation in 2012 of a site proposed for housing development. The evaluation comprised the machine excavation of five trenches and a further three trenches were excavated to clarify the extent of linear features. A possible later Neolithic/Bronze Age enclosure and a probable boundary ditch of possible prehistoric date were recorded. Finds recovered from the filling of the enclosure ditch included pottery and worked flint.
