Abstract/Summary
In June and July 2001 Niall Oakey carried out an archaeological brief of groundworks associated with the construction of a house on land behind The Old Forge, Bradford Peverell, Dorset (NGR: SY 6605 9291).
Two prehistoric flint flakes were recovered from a spoil heap, but the only feature observed was a modern concrete-lined pit.
No trace was seen of the Roman aqueduct, which various authorities have suggested ran in close proximity to the Site.
