Full Description
Excavations at Poole Foundry, Thames Street, Poole, produced evidence for Iron Age salt production with substantial quantities of Late Iron Age briquetage. Also revealed a possible Medieval jetty and the timber-stone of a Medieval boatyard, ca 1500 AD (1-3)
