(SZ 02607936) Polished flint axe found 1951. Owner A T Hickson, Cauldron Barn Farm, Swanage. <1>

The spot where the axe was found was pointed out by Mr Hickson who found it and who still has it in his possession. Surveyed at SZ 02557937. The field was under root crops. There were no surface finds. <2>
