Full Description

Site of the ancient pound of Hamworthy, formerly under the jurisdiction of the Lord of the Manor of Canford. <1>

The pound is shown on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch maps Epochs 1-3 as a small square structure. (2) (3) (4)

The walls of the pound are still extant.
