Full Description
The late Mr C O Bartlett had a rudely chipped conical piece of Kimmeridge shale from the neighbourhood of Wareham, which appeared to have been prepared for a deep cup or vase. (1)
No further information gathered during field investigation, but probably Iron Age or Romano-British. (2)
