Full Description

(A - SY 85658047; B - SY 85678048) Tumuli (NR) (1) `A - Bowl barrow, 109 paces diameter and 3ft high. B - Bowl barrow, 25 paces diameter and 6ft high. Either of these two barrows, or another two between Lulworth and Flowers Barrow, were opened by J Milner (although previously opened before him), but very badly recorded in Gents. Mag. (2). Both were also most likely opened by Kendall and Milner. A - (29) - SY 85668048. Bowl barrow, about 21ft diameter and 2ft high, on a tongue of land projecting west below Rings Hill at about 150ft. above O.D. Much damaged. B - (30) - SY 85688049. Bowl barrow, about 60ft diameter and 6ft high, in similar situation 26 yds N.E of (29). Much damaged. (3) SY 857805. Two round barrows on Rings Hill. Scheduled (4)
