Full Description
A Mesolithic core and blade are recorded from Weymouth (In Salisbury Museum and Birmingham [UGDM] respectively). A pick, in Sunderland Museum, was found on a river bed in 1865, and a second pick, now in the British museum, came from an ancient river bed (possibly the Fleet) in 1874. <1>
