A Heinkel III, lost on the beach ½ mile west of West bay, 9/11/40 (1)
At 04.49 hours on the 6th November 1940 on the beach in the Parish of Symondsbury, ½ mile west of West bay German HEINKEL III Plane partly submerged in the sea, assumed to be slightly damaged. (2)
