Messerschmidt lost in Poole Harbour, 13/8/40 (1)

13th August 1940 At 16.20 hours an enemy single seater plane crashed into Poole Harbour. The sole occupant baled out and was rescued. He was injured and is now in Poole Hospital. (2)
