Full Description
An old gravel pit, marked on the first edition of the OS map (1). Also marked on the second edition map (2).
Remains of the post medieval gravel pit described above is visible as an earthwork on Lidar imagery of Kesworth Farm, Wareham Town (3). It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
