Full Description

A walk of a few yards from the ancient grave (Dorset 58NE) brought the members to a Dene hole or prehistoric underground hut. A previous one had been destroyed by a quarry (Not necessarily in the same area). They may have been used for storing grain. (1)

No further information was obtained upon this site during field investigation. It seems almost certainly to have been on DORSET 58SE (2)
