Four walls and a brick surface. Appear to represent structural components and internal divisions of the 'great warehouse' formerly present on the site. Building originally constructed in 1805 but was modified in the early 20th century as a police and fire station. Buildings on the site were demolished in the 1950s prior to its use as a car park.
