Summary
Evaluation trenching noted structural features associated with 18th century building. Cottages noted as formerly on site. No finds were recovered which pre-dated the late eighteenth century.

Full Description
Wall structures and buried features identified in the vicinity of extant cottages. Pottery evidence suggested a date of between 1765 and 1805. A single post-hole was noted but not excavated. (1)
